Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Axiom Alpha service available at axiom-alpha.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Indonesia ("we," "us," or "Axiom Alpha"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, residents of jurisdictions where access to financial-data tools is restricted by local law.

3. Account Registration

To use most features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately at contact@axiom-alpha.com of any breach of security or unauthorized use.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that share credentials, scrape the Service, or otherwise violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Axiom Alpha offers a free Basic plan and paid Premium plans (Monthly and Annual). Premium pricing is displayed on the pricing page and is available in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and US Dollars (USD) depending on your region and payment method.

4.1 Recurring billing

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date at the then-current rate.

4.2 Price changes

We may change subscription pricing. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal and will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new rate.

4.3 Taxes

Prices displayed do not include any taxes (including PPN where applicable). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4.4 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry collection for up to 7 days. If still unsuccessful, your account will be downgraded to the Basic plan and access to Premium features will end.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, or any prohibited financial activity.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download data, scores, or content from the Service except through documented APIs and within published rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary scoring methodology.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Premium features or data to third parties.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or network connected to the Service.
• Upload or transmit any material that contains viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Investment Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Our scoring models, DCF valuations, and factor analyses are quantitative tools and may contain errors, gaps, or stale data.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial professional before acting on any information from the Service.
• We are not liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, scoring models, content, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Axiom Alpha or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during the term of your subscription. No other rights are granted.

Stock data, ticker information, and corporate fundamentals are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service relies on data feeds and services from third parties, including but not limited to: Yahoo Finance (yfinance library), TradingView, exchange data providers, and news sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, and unforeseen technical issues may cause downtime.

We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or investment losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiom Alpha and its operator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any investment decisions you make based on Service content.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@axiom-alpha.com. Upon termination, your access to Premium features ends and your account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our infrastructure.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.
